Apple Store App Now Available in India

Apple has officially rolled out the Apple Store app in India—a move that brings the full digital shopping experience to the country after years of availability in other global markets. Now available for download on the App Store, the app aims to streamline access to Apple’s products and services, complementing its network of physical Apple Stores, authorized resellers, and third-party retailers.

“At Apple, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We’re excited to launch the Apple Store app in India to reach more users and strengthen our relationship with them,” said Karen Rasmussen, Apple’s Head of Retail Online. “This app offers a seamless way to explore our products, receive tailored support, and experience the best of Apple in a personalized way.”

Tailored Features for Indian Consumers

The Apple Store app brings several localized features to meet the unique needs of Indian users. The “Products” tab helps customers browse Apple devices and accessories, explore trade-in options, and find financing solutions. Meanwhile, the “For You” section offers personalized product recommendations and quick access to saved favorites.

The app also includes a “Go Further” tab, which provides post-purchase support. Customers can book online Personal Setup sessions with an Apple Specialist, view helpful video tips, or join “Today at Apple” sessions at nearby stores to get the most out of their devices.

Indian users can now also take advantage of Apple’s customization services through the app. Devices such as AirPods, iPads, and Apple Pencils can be engraved with names, initials, or emojis—available in multiple languages. Users can also customize their Mac specifications and personalize their Apple Watch orders.

The app supports both home delivery and in-store pickup, giving users flexible options to receive their purchases conveniently.

Part of Apple’s Broader Expansion in India

The app’s launch aligns with Apple’s increasing investment in the Indian market. In 2023, Apple opened its first flagship stores in Mumbai and Delhi and is planning further expansions in cities like Bengaluru, Pune, and across the Delhi-NCR region.

With the introduction of the Apple Store app, Apple is aiming to provide Indian consumers with the same premium, personalized shopping experience it offers globally—blending technology, customization, and convenience in a way that sets a new standard for customer engagement in India.
